Pre-Dental Society at UCLA
The Pre-Dental Society will work towards preparing students interested in the dentistry profession by providing a variety of dental outlets such as guest speakers, community service opportunities, and other program activities. Along with this, the society will allow students to connect with others in their same field of study at social events and help gain a larger network.

Hi everyone! My name is Myra, and I’m excited to serve as this year’s Co-President. I’m currently a fourth-year Psychobiology major. A few fun facts about me: I love going to the gym, hiking, reading, and I’ve recently picked up boxing. I’m looking forward to an incredible year ahead and can’t wait to get to know all of you better as we work together! 🦷💙

Hi my name is Lana and I will be one of the co-presidents for PDS this year! I am so excited to be a part of the board again this year as I go into my 4th year as a biology major at UCLA. I joined PDS to connect with other pre-dental students and to experience all of the amazing opportunities pds has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family/friends, traveling, going to concerts, and finding new matcha spots!

Hello everyone! I am Ryan Noorvash, your Co-Vice President this year. I am a fourth-year sociology major and I am very excited to interact with new and familiar faces at PDS. I stayed with PDS because of the inclusive and fun learning environment of pre-dental students who were on the same track as me. Having taken the DAT and completed the dental application, I am looking forward to helping you all on your journey to dental school!

Hi! My name is Tashya and I will be one of your Vice Presidents this year! I am currently a fourth year MCDB major. Outside of class, I enjoy weightlifting, crocheting, shopping, and trying new food spots with friends! I am excited to meet our new members this year and expand the PDS family💙

Hi pre-dents! My name is Sunny Do and I am excited to be one of your Co-Secretaries for the PDS 24-25 term! I am currently a third year Biology major and Asian American Studies minor. PDS has taught me so much on what dentistry can offer and has helped me build my passion for dentistry through our members and club activities! On the rare occasions where I do have free time, I like to take part in any forms of art, including sketching, painting, embroidering, and playing the piano. Fun fact, I chipped my front tooth once from eating Mentos 😃👍 Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing everyone, both new and returning members, soon!! 🦷🤍
